By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by yes55 (hereinafter "the Platform," "yes55," or "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using yes55 and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and yes55 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and yes55 relating to the subject matter herein. yes55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of yes55 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. yes55 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Personal Use. yes55 accounts and services are for personal, recreational use only. Registering or using the Platform on behalf of any other person, entity, or commercial operation is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of yes55.

2.3 Legal Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of yes55 is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. yes55 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. By accessing yes55, you warrant that your use does not violate any law or regulation binding upon you.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of yes55, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a yes55 account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

3.1 Single Account. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) yes55 account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by mobile number, device, payment method, IP address, or household — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yes55 login credentials. You must notify yes55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. yes55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

3.4 Verification. yes55 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Methods. yes55 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20) where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published in the yes55 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. yes55 processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. yes55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on yes55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your yes55 account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. yes55 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on yes55 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. yes55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events subject to unusual betting patterns, system errors, or manifest pricing errors.

5.2 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without completion, system errors resulting in incorrect odds publication, and where yes55 reasonably believes a user has exploited a pricing error.

5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. yes55 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for any specified duration. yes55 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension or internet connectivity issues on the user's side.

5.4 Maximum Payouts. yes55 applies maximum payout limits per event, per sport, and per product category. These limits are published in the Platform. Where a winning bet calculation would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout shall be capped at the published maximum.

6.1 General. yes55 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met in full. Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover is satisfied. yes55 reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings if abuse of the bonus system is detected.

6.3 Abuse. yes55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing minimal-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms.

You agree that you shall not engage in any of the following while using yes55:

(a) Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
(b) Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors;
(c) Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of corrupt wagering activity;
(d) Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
(e) Using yes55 in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
(f) Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming measure implemented on your account or the account of another user.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content available on yes55, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and the overall platform design, is the exclusive property of yes55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any yes55 content without prior written consent.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions, technical failures, or delays.

9.2 yes55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, and events beyond yes55's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. yes55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from such interruptions.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit yes55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the yes55 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using yes55, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

12.2 By yes55. yes55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected; (c) verification documentation cannot be obtained; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to yes55. In such circumstances, yes55 will notify the account holder unless doing so would compromise an active investigation.

yes55 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or by notification to your registered contact details. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of yes55 following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using yes55 and may request account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which yes55 is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through yes55's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under yes55's applicable operating licence.
